This was comfortable apartment with special atmosphere and location in the middle of jackson. During the stay everything was perfect and I got wake up calls as a compliment. The staff was friendly, I greatly enjoyed them all, no reason to complain. It had a nice setting short walk to the centre, the most beautiful park, and the downtown.

I absolutely loved the charming and elegant decor of the hotel. The vintage furniture and beautiful drapes in the common areas made me feel like I was staying in a luxurious mansion from a bygone era. As a senior, I appreciate hotels that provide a touch of elegance and sophistication. It really added to the overall ambiance of the hotel and made me feel like a distinguished guest.
It would have been even better if there were more amenities catering specifically to senior guests. Perhaps a designated area with handrails or assistance for those with mobility issues would have been beneficial.

The staff were absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to ensure our family had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The swimming pool and facilities were top-notch, providing endless fun and relaxation. The rooms were immaculate and cozy, with comfortable beds and a lovely surprise of snacks upon arrival. I always stay at a place with Wi-Fi, valet parking, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV. The staff once found my earring, so I'll never forget that. I also love the fitness club, outdoor dining area, seasonal outdoor pool, and 24-hour security. Perfect for my city breaks!

The location was ideal, close to the most beautiful park and as close to the downtown as you might think. The room was spacious and clean, exceeding our expectations. The staff was attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.
